Tristan Rickett earned his Master’s degree in 2013 in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA in 2009.
Tristan’s research project focused on implementing machine-vision technology to measure the energy-efficiency of intermodal freight trains. His other research interests included intermodal train loading, machine-vision technology, energy-efficiency, and train resistance.
