Christian is pursuing his MS in Civil Engineering while working in the RailTEC department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Christian focuses mainly on the instrumentation of test specimen used in lab experiments that provide data crucial to understanding the behavior of rail spikes in various situations. After graduation Christian looks to continue working with either structural systems or railroad infrastructure. He is currently heavily involved here on campus as a leader in both Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Young Life.
