Professional Interests
Jaeik received his BS (Civil Engineering) and MS (Railway Construction) in South Korea, and he is currently pursuing a doctorate degree with RailTEC at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He worked as a Civil Engineer in KORAIL (Korea Railroad) from 2016 to 2018, mainly on field works related to track maintenance. His interests in the field of railway include track performance, stability evaluation through field measurement, and track modulus.
