Professional Interests
Paige Carolyn Hardt earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and worked as a civil engineer in railroad design and construction management before pursuing a master’s in civil engineering at the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign in the Fall of 2023. She has been involved with AREMA both as a presenter and committee member over the years. At the start of 2025 she joined RailTEC and is currently working on projects related to understanding the longitudinal rail displacement near fixed structures and the non-linearity of track degradation in relations to maintenance events.
