December 2013: Congratulations to recent PhD graduate Xiang Liu for winning the Student Merit Award from the Risk Policy and Law specialty group at the 2013 Society of Risk Analysis (SRA) Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland on December 8 – 11, 2013. Dr. Liu’s award is based on his work on railroad crude oil transportation risk management.
