Last month RailTEC student, Luv Sehgal, presented a paper at the 2017 International Technical Seminar organized by the Institution of Permanent Way Engineers (IPWE). The seminar was held in Mumbai, India on 12 – 13 January 2017 and the title of his paper was “Hot Mix Asphalt in Ballasted Railway Track: International Experiences and Inferences”. During the seminar Luv was recognized as the youngest presenter. One of his co-authors, Amit Garg, is a RailTEC alumni.
