Mr. James Shi is the former Operation Senior Vice President (Chief Operating Officer, COO), Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation, responsible for managing the operation and maintenance including station staff, ticketing, train crew and operation control center; maintenance management: maintenance strategy development, rolling stock, signaling and communication, OCS, power, track, civil infrastructures, and depot facilities maintenance; training, safety environment, security and technical support. His experience in railway operation and maintenance is for over 35 years.
